You keep the sales dollar! - How can we do this?  

No, we are not philanthropists. You are the front line in the selection process of resort buyers.   You've all been to timeshare resorts & their sales presentations - well this is how many of those families end up at the tables for those presentations.

 

The challenge is to weed out the analytical, mooch, etc.  So we have found that, as a telemarketer, when you call that potential vacationer that filled out that lead card, you are interrupting whatever they were doing and, to them, you are the "scum of the earth" trying to get them to buy some overpriced useless product they have no interest in buying and just want to get you off the phone.

 

However, for those that buy a package from you, that means that within 5 minutes you had verbally built a dream with them and had them so loving you and trusting of you that they provided you with their banking information to buy the package.

 

From our standpoint, if that vacationer will listen to the dreams you are building over the phone and they are willing to pay to experience those dreams - We know that a resort salesman has a far better chance with that family when he is selling them face to face and showing them the actual product he is selling.  Consequently, we are willing to invest our money in advance to pick up the cost of that family's vacation accommodations in exchange for 2 hours of their time spent at the resort's sales table. 

 

What this means to you is that you get to retain the original package sales dollar!

 

That is why your ability to Dream Build and sell is so important - It is that skill that will make you a lot of money!   If you can talk - you can do it!

How do I make reservations for my vacation?

Just fax your Reservation Request Forms to us prior to your travel, and we will call you within a few working days to set up your trip. Our fax numbers are 1-253-595-5629 and 1-1-253-595-5674.  You can also scan your signed Forms into an email and send them to Reservations@1-800-640-5250.com or Admin@bbvp.com

 

Can I call my reservation dates in?

We need the signed Reservation Request form in our office first, and then we will call you.   We cannot confirm dates until we have received your signed forms.

 

Do I have to take the entire vacation at one time?

You may use this vacation in its entirety or you may split the vacation into different trips - It's all explained in your booklet in the explanation section.   However, the rental car may only be used one time.

 

If I cannot give a 30-day notice, can I still travel?

Sure but the accommodations must be available.  The more lead time you give us the better your chances of being confirmed.

 

If I don't use a portion of my vacation, can I give it away or sell it to someone? 

If you do not use one or all portions of your vacation, feel free to give it away as a gift to your family & friends. We will need email confirmation from the vacation holder that they are transferring one or all parts of the vacation to a named recipient.

 

How many people can travel on the vacation? I have 5 people in my family.

The vacation may be used for two adults and two children or four adults sharing the same accommodations. Some hotels in Orlando do allow up to 5 people but, due to fire codes, the hotels in other locations allow a maximum of 4 people. You may, however, purchase an additional room for your stay or upgrade to a 1, 2, 3, or 4 bedroom condominium to accommodate all of your family.  Florida and Missouri hotels can legally accommodate 5. If you choose too, you may rent a rollaway bed for the fifth person upon check in. Nevada hotels can legally accommodate 4.

 

Where do we stay?

We use national hotel properties such as Clarion Suites, Comfort Inn and Holiday Inn. In Orlando, you will be conveniently located within 5 minutes of Walt Disney World. All our hotel properties offer shuttle service to all 4 Disney parks, saving you time and money in parking.
Be sure to call reservations for specials on upgrades and additional nights.

 

Can I stay additional nights in any of the locations? What is the average cost for additional nights?

Additional nights may be purchased for all locations and the rate is dependent upon the season in which you are traveling. Extra nights can range anywhere from $65.00 to $189.00 (USD) per night.

 

Are shuttle buses available from the hotels in Orlando to the area attractions?

Many hotels do offer shuttle transportation to one or all of the major theme parks. Your travel coordinator will give you more information after your have faxed you Reservation Request Forms to us.

 

What about transportation?

You can elect 1 week car rental as a gifting option. Please contact our customer service department for further details. Give us a try!

 

Do I need a passport or a visa to go to the Bahamas or Mexico?

Yes, U.S. citizens will need a passport. Please visit http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html to start your passport application process. Citizens of all other countries should check with their local consulate for required travel documents.

 

What are the restrictions?

If you are planning to travel during major holiday periods, we ask that you give us at least 45 days advance notice. In Daytona Beach, there are major events such as the Daytona 500, Bike Week, OctoberFest and the Pepsi 400, which are effectively unavailable, however Orlando is only 55 minutes away and you can make reservations there 7 days a week, any month of the year. Condex Computer Convention in Las Vegas is also unavailable. 

 

How can you afford to do this?

When you arrive in each destination, you will be invited to attend a no obligation 90 minute resort tour. There are fantastic incentives and gifts available for touring each property. Many resorts offer a complimentary breakfast, lunch or dinner during your 90 minute tour. 60% to 70% of our customers willingly tour these properties and a percentage of those purchase. Some offers require a 90 minute no obligation tour in one or more locations. That is how we can afford to pass along to you the savings of quality vacation accommodations at discounted prices.

Our electronic purchase service requires that cardholders provide contact information (including without limitation: name, address, city, state or province, postal code, country, telephone and email), and financial information (including without limitation: name on credit card, credit card number and expiry date, bank account number), and ordering information. Information Automatically Collected:
