Frequently Asked Questions:

How do I make reservations for my vacation?

  • You may book your reservations by submitting your Reservation Request Forms to us prior to your travel by fax or email.  We will email or call you within a few working days if there is a problem.  Otherwise, we will then book your vacation and send your confirmation letter to you by email.  Please send in your reservation request forms as soon as you know what dates you would like to travel.

Can I call my reservation dates in?

  • Unfortunately we can not take reservations over the phone.  We need the signed Reservation Request form in our office first, please submit this form by fax or email.  If you need a replacement form, they can be printed from our Vouchers page.

Are there any Black-Out Dates?

  • No, except in Daytona Beach – Race Weeks and Bike Weeks are virtually unavailable and effectively blacked out! For the other locations, you can travel whenever you want. However, even in those locations, popular holiday periods do book up quickly, so if you need to travel during those special holidays, make sure you book early before those dates fill up!

Do I have to take the entire vacation at one time?

  • You may use this vacation in its entirety or you may split the vacation into different trips – It’s all explained in your booklet in the explanation section. However, the rental car may only be used one time and is only available in the Orlando/Kissimmee location. You much use all the nights offered for each location at one time, they can not be split up.  Any unused nights are forfeit.

If I cannot give a 30 day notice, can I still travel?

  • Sure, if we can get you confirmed with the hotel or resort, you're welcome to come on down. Most resorts and accommodations take about 1 week to confirm.

If I don’t use a portion of my vacation, can I give it away or sell it to someone?

  • Yes, if you do not use one or all portions of your vacation, feel free to give it away as a gift to your family & friends.

How many people can travel on the vacation? I have 5 people in my family.

  • The voucher provides the accommodations.  Who you put in those accommodations is up to you.  Normally, most accommodations allow two adults and two children or four adults sharing the same accommodations. Some hotels in Orlando do allow up to 5 people, but due to fire codes, the hotels in other locations allow a maximum of 4 people. You may, however, purchase an additional room for your stay or upgrade to a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom condominium (sleep max 4, 6, and 8 people respectively) to accommodate all of your family. Florida and Missouri hotels can legally accommodate 5. If you choose too, you may rent a roll away bed for the fifth person upon check in. Nevada hotels can legally accommodate 4 but the Stratosphere charges for more than 2 adults in a room.

Where do we stay?

  • We use national hotel properties such as Clarion Suites, Comfort Inn, Ramada Gateway, and International Palms. In Orlando, you will be conveniently located within 5 miles of Walt Disney World's main entrance. All our hotel properties offer shuttle service to all 4 Disney parks, saving you time and money in parking.  Be sure to call reservations for specials on upgrades and additional nights.

Can I stay additional nights in any of the locations? What is the average cost for additional nights?

  • Additional nights may be purchased for most locations and the rate is dependent upon the season in which you are traveling. Extra nights generally cost $85/nt for hotels and $110/night for 1 Br Condos and $145/nt for 2 br condos.  However some hotels can range anywhere from $65.00 to $189.00+ (USD) per night - check the various vouchers.

Are shuttle buses available from the hotels in Orlando to the area attractions?

  • Many hotels do offer shuttle transportation to one or all of the major theme parks.  Just visit the individual hotels website for details.  Also Orlando/Kissimmee is an UBER community and you can always use their service for transportation.

What about transportation?

  • You can elect 1 week car rental as a gifting option. Please contact our customer service department for further details.

Do I need a passport or a visa to go to the Bahamas or Mexico?

What are the restrictions?

  • If you are planning to travel during major holiday periods, we ask that you give us at least 45 days advance notice. In Daytona Beach, there are major events such as the Daytona 500, Bike Week, OctoberFest and the Pepsi 400, which are effectively unavailable, however Orlando is only 55 minutes away and you can make reservations there 7 days a week, any month of the year. Comdex Computer Convention in Las Vegas is also unavailable.

How can you afford to do this?

  • When you arrive in each destination, you will be invited to attend a no obligation 90 minute resort tour. There are fantastic incentives and gifts available for touring each property. Many resorts offer a complimentary breakfast, lunch or dinner during your 90 minute tour. The reason we offer these vacations so inexpensively is all we ask is that you take that 90 minute walk through tour of one of our Host Resort's. You see, approximately 1 in 10 people traveling on these vacations are coming here to purchase vacation property.   If you're like me and are one of the 9 in 10 that aren't interested, that’s OK!  The 1 in 10 that does purchase subsidizes your vacation.  Why pay more for your vacation if you don't have to?   During your tour, the resort will offer you either a free breakfast or lunch, depending what time you arrive and you are guaranteed to leave with a smile on your face.   Doesn't that sound fair enough!  That is how we can afford to pass along to you the savings of quality vacation accommodations at discounted prices.
